My approach is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), which means we gently explore the different parts of you, including the ones that carry pain, and the ones that try to protect you.
This work isn’t about forcing change or pushing anything away. It’s about understanding what’s happening within you, so change can happen in a deeper and more lasting way.
Sessions are offered virtually across Ontario and in person in Whitby, in English and Russian.
