You might be feeling...
You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that keep repeating, or disconnected from yourself in ways that are hard to explain.
Maybe your emotions feel intense or confusing, or you find yourself reacting in ways that don’t quite make sense, even to you.
At times, these experiences can be shaped by past experiences that haven’t had the space to be fully processed, and may still be influencing how you feel and respond.
Therapy offers a space to slow things down and begin working with what’s beneath the surface, at your own pace, with curiosity and compassion.
How can I help?
My approach is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), which means we gently explore the different parts of you, including those that carry pain, and those that have taken on protective roles, like the ones that show up as anxiety, disconnection, addictive behaviours, or patterns that keep repeating.
This work isn’t about forcing change or pushing anything away. It’s about getting to know these parts, so they no longer have to work as hard, and something new can begin to emerge.
Sessions are offered virtually across Ontario and in person in Whitby, in English and Russian.
Is IFS a right fit for me?
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a gentle, non-pathologizing approach that helps you understand the different parts of yourself, including the ones that carry pain, and the ones that try to protect you. It’s especially supportive if you’re open to slowing things down and becoming more curious about your inner experience.
You don’t need to know anything about IFS to begin. We move at your pace, and I’ll guide you through the process in a way that feels safe and manageable.
